Section 1: SELLERS OBLIGATION:
This puppy is a purebred Dachshund registerable with the _____________Kennel Club.
Upon execution of this contract, the seller does hereby convey title and interest in the
described (COLOR) _________________________ puppy to the buyer.
SPARKY'S ANGELS KENNEL has made every effort to provide you with a healthy puppy.
Breeder Guarantees that all vaccinations and worming are current. At the of sale, this puppy is
considered to be "Pet Quality". Sparkly's Angels Kennel offers no guarantee that this puppy does
not have disqualifying faults now or will not arise at a later date, which would make this puppy
unsuitable for the show ring or for breeding purposes. It is the buyer's responsibility to to have
this puppy examined by a Veterinarian of their choice within 48 hours of taking Possession of this
puppy. If the sale transaction takes place on Friday and Monday is a holiday the Buyer will be given an additional 24 hours to have a Licenses Veterinarian examine the puppy. If this puppy
is found to have a life threatening congenital defect or health problem at this exam, a replacement puppy of equal value will be given if available and the buyer wants another puppy, if there is not a
puppy available or the buyer does not want another puppy, then a 100% refund will be given.
Provided the breeder is contacted immediately (within 24 Hours) after the examination and this
puppy is returned to Sparky's Angels Kennel at no expense to the breeder, with a signed document
from the Veterinarian stating the defector problem. Registration paper given at the time of sale must accompany the returned puppy to Sparky's Angels Kennel.
Sparky's Angels Kennel will refund the purchase price, pending verification by breeder's veterinarian, as stated in this contract. ( Breeder Does not Guarentee Color or Size or temperment after purchase.)
Breeder will not be responsible for Parvo, Distemper, or Corona virus after 24 hours of sale, as these are such highly contagious diseases and they can be contracted immediately after leaving
the Breeder.
This contract becomes null and void if the puppy is not taken to the vet within 72 hours after purchase. Sparky's Angels Kennel will not be responsible for illness or health problems or accidents,
In the unlikely event of this puppy's death in the first 6 months, due to a congenital defect, a statement from the Veterinarians confirming such an event
and cause is required before the breeder will take any action. If cause is unknown an autopsy is required. Under no circumstances will the breeder be responsible for Veterinary of Medical bills incurred.
SECTION II: BUYERS OBLIGATION
Buyer Swears that he/she is not acting as an agent in the purchase of this animal and that it will remain solely in his/her custody. Buyer further swears that he/she is not associated with a pet shop or animal broker. The buyer agrees to care for this dog as would a humane and conscientious dog owner and agrees to provide:
1.) To confine the dog when outdoors and refrain from restraining it on a chain or rope accept when under the direct supervision of the buyer. Ex: Leash walking
2.) Proper veterinary care is given immediately, including but limited to injury, illness, and annual check ups, Keeping all immunization current according to the American Veterinary Medical Association.
3.) Adequate housing for this dog within the buyers home yard.
4.) Adequate exercise by providing the dog with supervised walking and running on a regular
basis.
5.) Safe vehicle transport. The buyer must not at any time transport the animal in an open cargo
area of a vehicle. EX: back of a pickup truck.
6.) Feed the dog a good quality Dog food. Instructions for feeding given by breeder.
Give Daily NuVet Vitamins for the best health for your dog.
7.) All expenses regarding the animal including: shipping the animal, proper care, veterinary fees, housing or legal liabilities are the responsibility of the Buyer at whose home the animal will
reside.
8.) The Buyer agrees to inform Sparky's Angels Kennel of any titles or awards obtained by the
animal for our breeding records.
* * * * * The Breeder will accept the return of this dog at any time the purchaser declines to keep
said Dog. However the Breeder is not obligated to refund any Money or the entire purchase
price except as stated in the conditions above.
* * * * *Violations of the terms of this contract renders all guarantees stipulated in this contract to
be null and void and may result in the buyers being required to return the dog to the breeder
within five days of receipt of notice from the breeder. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of the dogs transportation back to the Breeder. If the Buyer violates this agreement,he/she will
be responsible for any/all legal fees the Breeder acquires enforcing this contract. This contract is
valid for this original purchaser that purchased the dog from Sparky's Angels Kennel. If the dog
is transferred to another owner this contract is null and void, as the breeder has no way of
knowing how the dog will be cared for or by whom the puppy will be placed with.
*******Breeder makes no guarantee, expressed or implied, under this contract except as stated
above.
